China is getting its way around using nothing but political and financial powers, NO HARD CORE MILITARY POWER. That is the major shortcomgin of China and it is not going change in the near future.
Give China a break. It is doing OK so far on this non-core Libya issue. West is having an all out VIKING RAID on Middel East. It is highly coordinated, even under an impression of chaos and internal bickering among the West powers. It is an all out, highly coordinated RAID over the world, if you look back at it 50 years from today.
