"今年春運，武廣段鐵路共發送旅客700萬人，武廣高鐵分流了其中的213.2萬人，日均發送旅客達5.3萬人." compare with "一年來，武廣高鐵上下行累計發送旅客2058萬人，日均發送5.6萬人".

春運 average is lower than yearly average. weird.
