Chinese leadership is not confused. It is the netizens who

are jerking on impulse.  :)

Chinese government knows exactly what are important and what are not.  And they have been systematically working toward their goals.  So far so good. 

Only the netizens (the clueless) are jumping up and down on impulse and on anything that are remotely implying US invovlment and conspiracy.
