You would be suing the wrong people.

Google is doing nothing but giving directions. Suppose that during WWII, some guy in Poland, after being asked directions to a concentration camp, points it to you, does it mean that the Pole is now responsible for the atrocities in the concentration camp? Of course, not.

The reason that the google search window is showing such things, allegedly, "Chinese people eat babies" etc. is probably because some people have searched for it or there are a lot of websites that have such contents. Therefore, Google is doing nothing but showing the existence of such materials or the desire of people using google to find such material. I would presume that whatever offends you, if anything, would be the information that is conveyed by "Chinese people eat babies" rather than the showing of it. Therefore, you need to find the people/websites that write such things and sue them rather than google which does nothing but direct you to those websites.

Google simply knows the existence of those materials that you find offensive and helps you find it. Therefore, it is not the offending party. You certainly can try to sue it but I'm willing to bet that the case will simply be thrown out by a judge.
