considering so many drivers in China don't take DUI seriously, I am not against to it. Drunk and drive without causing any damage should be in jail for at six month and 5 years suspension of driver license. Drunk and drive cause damage and death, life time suspension of driver license and 20 years prison. Those who hit and run, and cause death should be sentenced to death.
