最近有個新理論，說北美的極端天氣，是中國治理空氣汙染造成的，不知道大家聽說沒有

大概的意思是說，

現在中國治理空氣汙染

治理的太好了，

空氣裏的灰塵少了，空氣透明度高了，

陽光讓海水溫度上升

北美從阿拉斯加到加州的極端天氣就多了
