不懂就問：上海吃菜供應問題

抱歉沒太關注上海疫情問題。看大家討論上海蔬菜水果grocery 供應短缺，買不到菜的問題，有一事不明。

之前像武漢, 西安，天津等地，不都是“全國馳援”嗎，給人印象沒缺過什麽物資供應。這次怎麽回事？全國米糧蔬菜“馳援”不及時嗎, 還是其它原因？
