Board masters please explain

why beautiful songs like this one and others (such as "when you and I were young, maggie") are not placed on top?; and why, in contrast,some less beautiful and less enjoyable songs were placed on the top?

Isn't this forum too strange?

I doubt the board masters in this forum have any ability to tell best ones from less desirable ones.

I want to know why this has happened so often. I believe we need an explanation from board masters.
