Talking about old Canadian Singers. Paul Anka and Gordon Lightfoot is definitely very old. Probably older than 70s. But their voice is not so low. Leonard Cohen is probably in his 70s too. His voice is relatively low, especially in some songs. I will put my money on him.:)
