回複：I tried to install and got a message saying

Is this your private PC or company's PC? If you own the PC, try to log-in this PC with an account with administrator permission.. If company's PC, sometimes the company has the policies set up to prevent any installaions. If it's the case, you have to ask administrator to install for you.

If your account is in the administrator group, then this's rare. The download link I gave is a official site from Adobe, should not has any problems.
