How to download the songs in M3u into my harddrive ?

Recently see many good songs compiled in m3u format in this forum. With XXX.m3u link, i can click and play in any media player ONLY with my internet cable connected.
Appreciate your help for how to download the actual songs inside the m3u list !!!
