Dire Straits wrote the song. Also, I didn't know the version you post is by Nana Mouskori, who are one of favorites for old people.
There's no comparison between them because I like R&R and most Chinese don't. "Why Worry" is a soft Rock & Roll song. But, Nana killed the soul of R&R.
