[附舊作] 大哥您要去石坎莊趕集?

最近在'文化走廊'轉悠，發現有人討論電影'The Graduate'主題曲--Scarborough Fair的翻譯。該曲一直是我的至愛之一。無與倫比的和聲，優美的畫麵，使之立即成為經典。可一直不知每段第二句怎麽譯，因是四種香料植物。剛來美國進菜場時就處處留意找這幾樣。發現parsely 長得很像但不是芫荽，它沒香味，芫荽是cilantro; thyme 長得像我國的茴香，但沒香味。

以下是原文:

Are you goin to scarborough fair? parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme
Remember me to one who lives there, she once was a true love of mine

Tell her to make me a cambric shirt, parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme
Without no seams nor needlework, then she'll be a true love of mine

跟博大精深的中文化比較來，原文是比較土，是音樂和畫麵使詞增色。

注: 才哥我不久前剛把同樣的youtube放置網頁，以顯示我並不專寫黃色東西，還有一點高雅誌趣。

剛看完電影不久，有一次太太沐浴，我坐在客廳，忽聞一聲 "Here's Mrs. Robinson!", 我抬頭一看，浴室門口亮出一隻美腿!
