蝴蝶之吻(Butterfly Kisses)

什麽是蝴蝶之吻(Butterfly Kiss)呢？這可不是指蝴蝶飛過來親吻哦，而是當大人和小孩以臉部親昵地靠在一起時，其中一人的眼睫毛，隨著眼睛的眨動，輕輕的刷拂在另外一人的臉頰上，或者是兩個人額頭麵對麵的湊在一起，雙方的睫毛互相刷拂，那種感覺，就好像是輕柔的蝴蝶在“親吻”著你。

這首歌是美國抒情鄉村歌手鮑勃.卡萊歐(Bob Carlisle)在他的女兒十六歲生日前夕，特別為女兒譜寫的。卡萊歐在女兒生日前夕，突然驚覺女兒已經成長，不要再過多久，就即將就要遠走高飛，離家去開創自己的人生。許多甜蜜的回憶，還有自己過去曾經錯過、以及將來不會再擁有的機會，都浮現在他腦海，因此他萌生了這首歌的靈感。原本他並沒有想要發表，隻想把歌曲保留作送給女兒的禮物，但是在好友們的鼓勵之下，才決定推出錄音。本歌將一個父親對女兒的愛寫得感人致極。《舊金山紀事》報曾報導，有邊開車邊聽此歌的聽眾把車子停到路邊，泣不成聲……

在這首歌曲裏麵，卡萊歐回憶起女兒小的時候，他經常陪著女兒做睡前的禱告，同時感謝著上帝賜給他這許多生命中的歡樂，特別是祈禱過後，父女兩人親密的“蝶吻”。女兒頭一次騎馬的時候，要求父親陪在旁邊的可愛表情；頭一次下廚做蛋糕，成品的樣子雖然不好看，卻也是難忘的回憶。後來，女兒十六歲了，出落得越來越像母親，也逐漸開始用香水和化妝品。不過，這個時候的女兒，已經不好意思再和從前一樣，跟父親靠得那麽緊了，女兒說，“爸爸，你知道我還是一樣的愛你，可是，假如你不介意，這次我想隻親吻你的臉頰。”他知道，女兒已經長大，即將離巢單飛。如今，他們來到了另外一個新的階段：今天，女兒就要結婚了，他看著穿上禮服的女兒，心中無比的感慨，他是否就要永遠失去女兒了呢？女兒強作鎮定的安慰父親，再度給他“蝶吻”，同時請爸爸不要哭，陪她走上聖壇，因為是時候了。回首過往、瞻望未來，他相信自己必定曾經做過一些好事，才配擁有女兒的愛，以及那些令人難忘的“蝶吻”。

生命，就是這樣，這就是愛，你還能要求什麽呢？雖然他知道自己必須放手，但他將永遠記得這些年來每個早晨的擁抱，還有那些“蝶吻”。

歲月會流逝，孩子們終將開始自己的生活，組建自己的家庭。但是父母和子女的愛將永遠不會改變。
