李傳韻 studied at Julliard with Dorothy DeLay, and is supposed to be the best or one of the internationally best in the young generation. I just can't find any recording. I posted some info on him at the ZNJY forum next door.

Tang Yun is also a pretty good violinist, and some say the above was performed by Tang. Here is a video clip of him performing with Vietnam's national orchestra:
