"專輯名稱 ：Winter Nights 冬夜翦影 // 演奏 ：Al Di Meola 艾爾．迪．米歐拉 // 班杜拉琴的沉靜音色與吉他相疊成巧妙的共鳴回響。　七○年代吉他手艾爾．迪．米歐拉便同時以電吉他與空心吉他獲得肯定。數年前，當米歐拉在歐洲巡演時巧遇烏克蘭籍的班杜拉琴演奏家Roman Hrynkiv，米歐拉第一次聽到班杜拉琴的音色立即為之動容，因而力邀他一起跟著表演，隨後就促成了這張專輯的錄音計劃。本專輯中米歐拉包辦空心吉他、打擊樂器、鍵盤等多種樂器，並且負責所有的樂曲的重新編曲。本輯共收錄15首與季節相關的標題樂曲。“綠袖子”“初雪”和“聖母頌”都是耳熟能詳的名曲名演，然而兩人合作的“Zima” --“第一個耶誕”絕對令人難忘。此外特別收錄電影「畢業生」插曲“Scarborough Fair”和英國男歌手彼得．蓋布瑞爾“Mercy Street”的全新詮釋，更是不能錯過的抒情佳作。
