求一首歌曲，名字應該叫 home 或者包含 home

誰唱的不知道，歌詞現在也記不起來了。。2年前偶在一個朋友家喝酒，大家都有點想家的感覺，有人放了一首這個歌曲。。聽了之後很感動。

歌手是男的，內容有 home 一類的話。。節奏很慢。。再別的線索沒有了，誰知道這是什麽歌嗎
