劇情簡介：
講述了一個毀容的音樂天才，歌劇院幽靈巴特勒在巴黎歌劇院的地下墓穴裏神出鬼沒，還經常出來鬧一鬧鬼。當他愛上了可愛的年輕女演員姬絲汀之後，歌劇院幽靈 決定不遺餘力的把姬絲汀打造成為一位耀眼的明星。
但是一位年輕的子爵華魯在看過姬絲汀的表演之後也一見傾心，姬絲汀對華魯也很有好感，兩個人相愛了，更偷偷的訂了婚。而後來知道真相的 歌劇院幽靈 怒不可遏，他強烈的控製欲，對姬絲汀強烈的愛讓他認為自己受了欺騙。於是在這一對戀人和一個歌劇院幽靈之間，複雜的關係和強烈的感情徹底的改變了他們三個的命運……
