After step 8, one more replace:

Looking at the file path, there something like funky character,
copy start from Billboard, untill Top100, paste into Find what:

Billboard%20Hot%20100%20ĨºÖÕÅÅÐÐ%20Top100

copy this

Billboard%20Hot%20100%20%C4%EA%D6%D5%C5%C5%D0%D0%20Top100

paste into the Replace with:

save file.
