Why WinZip could not extract files from download?

The error message was "Extracting to "C:\Temp\"
Use Path: yes Overlay Files: no
caution: filename not matched: -«¦¯¦-¦ó¦-+÷-+\15. -8¦·¦T ALINE.mp3
error: no files were found - nothing to do"

WinZip is V8.1 and OS is Winddows XP professional.
