It's quite easy, u can do it too

Study the source code, usually,the tricky parts are all within the [table] [/table] tag， [MARQUEE] for text movement, [embed] for music and video, use 編輯助手to test the post. All u need to take care is the parameters of those tags, which u can google out tons of html guides to look out.Good luck!

NOTE: pay attention to those words that are prohibited by this forum. As far as I know, b*b*s is one of those on the list, which caused me many troubles ：）
