A number of factors that contribute to the increased risk and mortality of various cancer and other chronic diseases in China.
1>. The disastrous medical reform that make it very expensive to see a doctor. So a lot of people will not go to see a doctor until they are very ill. These greatly increase the mortality and cost of the cancer and other diseases. So the Chinese government must act now to make sure that everybody can see a doctor when they do not feel well. More importantly, preventive medical checkup need to be offered to all citizens, this will greatly reduce the mortality and cost of many diseases.
2>. The unstable working and social environment markedly increase the stress in people, chronic stress can cause many dieases and cancer. So the government must work out a plan to install a stable social and working environment.
3>. The quality of foods is very poor and many food ingredients contain considerable amounts of toxins, hormones, and carcinogens, which has definitely contributed to the increaaed risk of disease and chronic diseases. Also poor diets lead to increased incidence of obesity in China. Obesity can increase the risk of many diseases (diabetes, CVD, hypertension etc)and certain types of cancer.
So Chinese need a wise leader to get them out of the mess. Maybe Hui is the one?
