Thank you very much for bringing up such a in-depth conversation! I agree with you but with a slight reservation: man can be & need to be sentimental, at least sometimes. Those of who claim they are “iron man” and never have tears are flat-out telling lies to themselves.

Delighted to know that you savored the meaning of the photo. Yet, I can not imagine a girl (I’m assuming) with 浩然正氣 and 洪七公的打狗棒 in hand could easily get hit by a photo. ---Just kidding. Well, I have actually sensed your sensibility sentimentality indicated in the end of your poem. Like everyone else, you must have an attachment with your past, your childhood to be specific.
