一碗樸實無華的白水煮白菜豆腐，--恭喜新壇開張，如那碗蘸水一樣紅火：）

白水煮大白菜，精華在於那碗蘸水

白水煮，無油無鹽，也是四川人喜歡的一種烹飪方法，蘸水決定一切：）

碟子放蒜蓉，一點熱油淋上去，爆出蒜香，放紅油及紅油辣椒，鹽，切碎的新鮮青辣椒或者新鮮紅辣椒，一點芝麻油，喜歡可以放點味精，但我做菜不放味精的:)，即可. 

因為有豆腐，蘸水就沒有放醋. 四川人有句俗話：豆腐蘸醋，正事不做. 哈哈

大白菜豆腐在蘸水裏蘸一下，就著白米飯，很飯掃光：），最後喝白水湯，很滿足：）
