覺得很強的，但他自己好像不很自信。

另外這些縮寫什麽意思? 隻有 A= accepted, WL = waiting list, 其它呢？

Research

1000 hours in Molecular Biology lab; listed as author on two publications (NOT FIRST). NOTE: I did this during high school and the summer before college, not sure if that changes things.
500 hours in Clinical Research wet lab researching upcoming Leukemia treatments. Resulted in a poster that won “Best Poster Presentation” out of 30 other interns at the intern poster session.
500 hours from 1.5 years in Immunology lab at school. Thesis based on this research.

Manager at ice cream store for 6 years.
EMT certified and plan on working as an EMT during my gap year (will not be on primary app, but will talk about at interviews).

Red Flags: Violated my school's underage drug policy after being found in a dorm where marijuana was also present. I received a warning, completed an educational sanction, and am in "good standing" with the university.

I know my stats are high, but I am very concerned about my red flag and "cookie cutter" ECs. I am terrified I am stuck in the purgatory of not unique enough for T20, but stats too high for mid-tiers. Looking for advice on adding more mid-tier schools that are within my reach.
