我可以拿Social Security Survivors Benefits社會保障幸存者福利嗎？

我與前夫在1992年結婚，2019年離婚，他於2021年67歲過世，他過世時已經拿了幾年社保福利了，現在我可以拿他的社會保障幸存者福利嗎？

我自己的社保福利比我前夫低。
