律師malpractice，請教單身老貓及各位朋友。

我在加州，男友去世留下房子給我，但由於律師沒有get the 21351 Certificate。盡管遺囑裏寫了誰告就隻給誰一元，但這個遺囑還是被挑戰了，經過和談，我不得不借幾十萬元來擺平。瀆職律師告訴我，他的保險有十萬元。我怎樣才能拿到他的保險，如果告他，容易嗎？我告他能補償我的所有損失嗎？
