車禍後與保險公司和律師的事還沒搞清楚，現在老婆又要和我離婚，我現在的狀態根本無法工作，離婚後我不知怎樣生活？不知有什麽法律能夠保護像我這種情況的人？
我們家的錢都被老婆偷偷的拿到她媽家裏去了（至少有三萬），我現在連租房的錢都沒有，不知該如何是好？
