Any one here has a experience without returning the I-94 form while departing U.S.A?
My parents visited me in May 2007, once they left at Nov. 2007, they forgot to return I-94 form to airline. Right now my parents are trying to apply B2 visa again to visit me, then suddenly I found that the I-94 form are still stapled on their passports. I was just wondering whether they have a issue to get a new visa and problem of entering U.S.A. at the port?
Any answer will be appreciated, thanks in advance!
