你連合同都沒有，為什麽說那些沒有問題

合同中也許規定了針對"abandoned property"的處理辦法，一個月也不算短了。

雖然我認為房東在處理"abandoned property"的方式上不符合法律程序，
除非你自己出庭，不認為你有多大的可能要回錢財。房東讓白住的提議未必不是一個解決方案。而且真上的法庭，你也許要賠房東的比你能拿回來的多多了。
