I am in VA. My tenant named JJJ is a female student living with other two female students AAA and BBB. She moved in 10 days ago.

AAA Stopped breathing two days ago the and Called 911 to Hospital.But doctor checked her and have no idea. Now AAA is fine. The co-pay is $600.

BBB emailed me two days ago that she almost sure JJJ is Smoking Pot because she knows the smell(I am not at home in the daytime). BBB said she can not live in because it is illegal smoking.But she said she is not 100% sure.

Yesterday, I feel throat dry and painful, hands shaky. I am studying in health research, I know this is the side effect of drug. I also know AAA breathing problem is also a side effect of drug.

Question1: Should I tell AAA her my guess? I guess: AAA closed door and window, absorbed too much drug air from air vent. Breathing problem is side effect of drug.

Question2: I called her mother yesterday night. Her mother is calm. It seems she knows it but need time to go. I gave a 14 days notice today and I mentioned NO guest in 14 days. Should I still call policy? I am worried if I called policy, she will be out of control.
