1. Small claim court can have jury upon request and I found out the fee is on the one who requested. It is really small amount.
2. We tried to look for any picture taken from the hidden camera at the street, so far failed. (need suggestions from you all)
3. We called around to find any law firm who would represent us. The reply is if no one is injured or feel pain after the accident, the law firm will take it. We don't want to lie that my LD feel pain after the accident.
