我家領導在紅燈停線尾部被後麵快速急行的車正中撞了。原以為簡事一樁。完全是其錯。SO 交換了保險，雙方走人。
誰知那黑人LIE TO 保險公司 聲稱我家LD倒車撞了她。結果雙方公司都不賠對方。
俺們很生氣，決定要討個說法。We decided to take her to a small claim court.
兩天前收到法庭來信。對方保險公司要求有陪審團,並有公司的attoney出場。
問題是 1 有陪審團的花費有多高？
2 官司值不值 （車子修理費1000多刀）
