1. report your card as a lost card and get a new one, but this may not prevent from a preauthorized charges, just ask your card issuer for details

2. just cancel the card

3. if the payment to the dealer is not refundable, and you signed the paper, you probably have to pay, unless the dealer will give you a break.

4. for the future, avoid to pay for anything in advance.
