這是我最後回房東的信,解釋為什麽deduction 不合理:

Dear Landlord,

I reviewed the itemized deductions you sent to us. We don't think these charges are proper, and we demand to get the money back.

1. Carpet Clean of $318

The carpet is very well cleaned and maintained without any damage or stains when we moved out.
We always took off our shoes inside the house to keep the carpet as clean as possible.
We also had a professional cleaning team cleaned the house inside out after we moved out. You even personally met them in the house, and asked for their business cards because you liked the excellent job they did.

2. Replacement of Cabinet fronts and doors due to water damage $910

There were water damages even when we moved in.
I checked with several neighbors, and they also have the same problem with their cabinets.
This is definitely due to the poor quality of the cabinets itself.

3. Things regarding the Satellite dish $125

We had your approval before we installed the dish. We even have the HOA approval with your signature.

4. Wall paint primer and paint $100

Just because we have a 3 year old, we always consciously not to bring home any non-washable marks.

I hope we can figure out the numbers between us as soon as possible.
