七月初訂了verizon電話及上網，但網路一直很慢，遠遠達不到合同上的速度。打電話

去問，總說在打給我們，但從沒打過。3周以後我打電話去取消服務，對方說there won't be any charge， we were still in grace period。但後接到一張賬單109。包括電話費60多，上網40多。打電話又去問，說ignore charge。 前天又收到賬單，99還是包括電話費60多，上網40多。打電話又問，態度惡劣，說你用了電話就要付，前麵說不用付？對不起，你就是要付。請問如果我們不付錢，對我們有什麽不良後果？如果減低我們的信用分數，我們怎麽能夠申訴？
