Thanks for your advise and I just called some illinois traffic lawyers, while they said that 80% chance to reduce the ticket to a regular ticket and supervision, while the supervision is no charge, since I have a good record. The charge of lawyer fee is 200 - 300. But I do not believe them and want to say something by myself. My court will be on September 9th, no matter win or lose, I will tell people here of the result. Just a lesson for everybody, do not ever speed especially at construction zone.
