租uhal 搬家，撞了別人的車，不知我的保險賠不賠？

是我的錯，在加油站，別人的車停在那兒，我刮了人家的車。
租uhal的時候，我買了一個safemove的保險，但這好像不是liability insurance. 我是在all state 給我的車買的保險。不知我的all state的保險保不保這種情況。
