請問單身老貓：信用卡公司在搶劫

我有一張Chase 信用卡，我專門打電話告訴信用卡公司不要給我的電子郵件發賬單，我要紙的賬單，結果他們不給我寄紙的賬單，在過了付款期後，他們罰我39美元，我該怎麽辦？
我還有另一張Chase 信用卡，由於我的銀行賬號原來是WAMU的現變成Chase ，我用Banking Online付的賬單，付完後得到一個確認號碼，等到付款期過了之後，收到信用卡公司的遲付罰款通知，再一查，我用Banking Online付的款不見了，原來被銀行給刪除了。對此信用卡公司聲稱，他們沒有錯誤，一定要罰款，Chase Bank說我不是信用卡公司，做不了他們的主，請問我該怎麽辦？多謝指教！
