I do not know if I can terminate my lease early? Thanks

My apartment complex has a lot of ducks, like one hundred in one pond which is facing my apartment. The ducks has been making a lot of noise and left dropping and stools everywhere. I can not sleep sometimes because of the noise. I called the leasing office, they said, they did not want the ducks here either, and the animal control was going to come within two weeks. Two weeks later, I called again, they told me that the procedure is longer, and they did not know when the ducks could be removed. I am wondering if I can terminate my lease early based on the noise. Thanks a lot. I really feel frustrated.
