I just invited my niece to come visit during the summer break. But my sister apparently wants to arrange him to stay forever in the U.S.. I didn’t provide the I-134 form.

Laomao, would you please answer the questions on the first post? Thanks a lot.

If my niece is enrolled to a private school, can he have his visa transferred to student visa?

Does he need his uncle to be the guardian in order to switch to student visa? Thanks.
