Do you have non-insured driver 保險?

We had the same problem few yrs ago, it's completely other driver's fault and doesn't have insurance. we have an old car without collision. Then we found out we have a 保險 which could be covered if it's other party's fault and if he doens't have insurance. So we still got covered by our own insurance.
