It matters child support issue, which will go higher if he doesnt pay the amount he suppose to pay. Plus, he only told orally how much he made, but never present any proof. So nobody knows the truth. If someday he says he makes 1 RMB, IRS can't even enforce it, basily the child support case will fail.

So, as the bottom line, Does IRS has right to ask his company to report his income if IRS knows his company name?
