Hi 單身老貓 :

Sorry for taking too much of your time for this case.

I got an call from another lawyer I contacted today telling me that I have very little chance to get 'Motion to open' be granted as I have no new evidence to provide. He suggsted me to file 'Motion to re-argue'. But I am a little hesitating as this basically will be telling the judge- hi, you made a mistake :-( Nobody will like to hear that right ? I don't feel this will do me any good. What is your take ?
