Appreciate you inputs.

I called a local lawyer ten minutes ago and he suggested me to:

1. Go to the court clerk office to describe the issue, which is a clear mistake( the plantiff laid and there is no signed contract between both parties for $2500.00 deal), to ask for a 'motion to open' action.

2. Or, hire a lawyer to do it for me.

I will try to handle it myself and see how it goes.

I will update you and this board for the progress, no matter what kind of result I will get, so that someone later may learn something from it.

I don't have a right word to express my thanks to you and this forum.
