I am not sure, but i would rather think that would not happen. for the creditor who lend your money should have the responsibility to keep your information confidential. it also have sth to do with the contract you sign with the creditor. i suggest you check the creditor contract and find information discousement or sth like that section and see what is written in there. if it turned out they gave the info to the Immigration, you can sue them.
