有關房子上的名字問題?

我們夫妻在美國,由於自己是h4的簽證,所以在購買房屋時自己的名字不能在上麵,這對今天萬一有什麽婚姻問題,對自己有什麽影響嗎?請大家不要罵我,因為誰都不知道將來會發生什麽,所以想得比較全麵,加上自己父母為我們購房出了點錢.
