現在到處都對 illegal immigrants 查的很嚴。

不過這種法律我總覺得不附合美國憲法的章程。 there might be some challenges under the constitution on equal protection grounds, or maybe even the dormant commerce clause since this rule discriminates against out-of-state translation service.
