yes. pre-nup and post-nup is the same. i don't even think notarization is necessary.

but there are some conditions associated with it. usually it requires that one spouse (normally hu*****and) fully disclose his situation, and the other spouse had an opportunity to consult a lawyer before consent. this requirement depends on your state law. obviously the law is intended to protect the weak.
