我該怎麼辦

我居住在一個complex 裡. 每月付association fee. 去年三月整個complex修foundation以後,我家的地基變的更壞, 前門下雨進水, 後門隻能開一半更不要說牆壁,天花板到處是縫. 我打電話. 發送電子郵件從去年底到現在. 不修也沒有回應.我該怎麼辦?.請單身老貓和各位幫忙.謝謝.
